Individual Session (50min)
- Appropriate for most counseling situations.
- Frequency and duration of sessions is discussed in the initial session.
- Your goals will be defined in a treatment plan that will be available to you within the first few sessions.

Extended Session (75 min)
- Optional
- Scheduled as needed when the content is complex or a specific therapeutic technique that requires more time is used.
- These sessions will be discussed and agreed on prior to scheduling.

Couples & Group Sessions (90 min)
- Longer sessions ensure all parties are heard.
- Shorter sessions for groups can be discussed based on content and circumstances.
