  • Initial session to establish goals as well as frequency and duration of future sessions.

  • Appropriate for most counseling situations.
  • Frequency and duration of sessions is discussed in the intake session.
  • Your goals will be defined in a treatment plan that will be available to you within the first few sessions.

Extended EMDR Session (90 Min)

  • Optional
  • Scheduled as needed when the content is complex and additional time is needed specifically for EMDR sessions.
  • These sessions will be discussed and agreed on prior to scheduling.
